This was possibly the hardest recipe in the book to perfect, but once we got there, we knew it was all worth it. A good, low-carb keto bread is few and far between, but one that’s vegan also? We’re yet to see it... until now! This loaf is dense and full of flavour, enjoyed by many friends and family with a simple spread of butter or drizzle of olive oil (even if they aren’t following a vegan or keto diet!).
