This one tastes just wayyyy to good to be gluten free. It will trick many into believing this is just your standard wheat loaf, especially given how light and fluffy it is! Add this one to your heavy rotation for weekly toast and sandwiches. Any spare? Slice up and freeze in a ziplock bag – defrost in the toaster as needed.

Ingredients

Buckwheat kernels or Groats
Tapioca pearls
Brown rice
Psyllium husks
Fine salt
Potato starch
Chia seeds
Coconut or Brown sugar
