To me, these are the perfect crackers – crunchy, a little sweet and a little salty. I first tasted a similar combination in San Francisco and as soon as I got home, I headed straight to the kitchen to recreate it. They are particularly good served with a soft cheese such as goat’s feta or brie, but really, they are so delicious you can just as easily enjoy them on their own.
