I’m big on breakfast, but I often find myself rushing around in the morning (or hitting the snooze button!) meaning it often falls lower and lower on the priority list. So, this recipe was my solution and I love it. These breakfast bars are delicious and really satisfying – I simply grab one or two as I’m heading out the door and breakfast is done. They also make a brilliant afternoon snack, especially with a cup of tea.
