My amazing sister Ellen came up with these gems, and I love them. When you think of eating cookie dough there’s usually not a lot of goodness in there at best, and at worst (if it’s purchased) there’s a lot of nasties in there you absolutely want to avoid. But with this recipe we’ve got the satisfaction that comes from enjoying a piece of raw cookie dough, but with wholesomeness. They’re also super quick and easy, so the perfect sweet snack when you don’t have time to bake!
