The easiest plant milk recipe as, unlike most others, there’s no straining required, yet it’s just as versatile. Cashew milk can be used in any recipe requiring milk, frothed up in a coffee, added to smoothies, poured over porridge or cereals and, my personal favourite, blended and heated with cocoa and sweetener for a delicious hot chocolate. Even if you’re not using it right away, don’t leave out the ice as it helps create the smooth texture when blending.
