Vegan Spiced Apple Hand Pies in the Thermomix

Spiced Apple Hand Pies in the Thermomix | Recipe

Hand pie, apple turnover, sweet pastry... whatever we call it, all roads lead to a delicious sweet treat that might take you back to childhood (it does for me!). Shape how I have described or go off course - there is no wrong way, just make sure the filling is fully enclosed otherwise it will leak out when cooking. As delicious cold the next day as when hot and freshly baked – winning.
