Nice-cream... a.k.a. vegan ice cream! I love making it from scratch so I know exactly what’s in it, I can control the flavour and of course, it’s a lot cheaper. Here I’ve added tahini to create a unique halva flavour (that’s seriously delicious), however if you don’t like sesame the recipe works perfectly fine without it. Freeze any leftovers and re-emulsify in your thermo bowl when ready to enjoy again.
