These rolls are your traditional dinner rolls - the fluffy, soft bread served beside your delicious main. The oil in this dough prevents water from evaporating during baking, meaning a soft crust and a fluffy inside (no dense dinner rolls here!). I’ve called these dinner rolls so you know what to expect, but to be honest, I think this might be selling them short. Use them as breakfast rolls and pack with scrambled tofu and ketchup, load up with BBQ pulled mushrooms or a patty for a delicious lunch burger or, of course, the classic salad sandwich. These rolls stay fresh for up to three days before I would recommend slicing in half and freezing.
