A fresh take on traditional mulled wine – still a sweet and spiced hot drink, but this time we’re using either white wine or rosé, a kick of fresh ginger and a blackcurrant liqueur. It’s surprisingly fresh and light for a hot cocktail ... and goes down dangerously easy! Don’t use your favourite bottle of wine here, just something cheap (or a bottle you’ve opened but aren’t loving).
