This crispy, flaky, layered bread is the perfect vessel to mop up a delicious curry, but it’s so good you might find yourself eating it straight from the pan! Don’t stress about the shaping and folding – as long as you get lots of thin pastry layers separated by salty oily goodness it doesn’t matter what shape it’s in.
