It’s high in both protein and fibre, meaning it’ll fill you up and leave you satisfied long after any standard loaf could. One of the best ways to start the day, I promise. Now don’t let the instructions fool you – it is actually one of the easiest loaves to shape. The psyllium husks and chia seeds absorb all the liquid and swell up, holding everything together without being sticky - you’ll be pleasantly surprised (however don’t be worried when it looks like a wet mess at the start!).
