It has a sweet and complex flavour, adding character that the standard astringent lemon cannot match. This infused oil is a beautiful way to capture all these qualities, virtually offering Meyer lemon on tap! Drizzle it over pasta, salads, steamed vegetables, quiches, savoury tarts and seafood.
