I love how these little steamed cheesecakes perfectly replicate their baked counterparts without going anywhere near the oven. They really are impressive, yet the method is foolproof, making this a recipe you’ve got to try. My mum and I had a little too much fun testing a range of different flavours, but in the end we decided to keep it simple and let you decide by varying the toppings and accompaniments. That way, once you’ve mastered the basic recipe the possibilities are virtually endless.
