After the success of the Lazy Breakfast Loaf from Everyday Thermo Cooking, I am convinced that my ‘prove in a bread tin’ approach is the easiest and most efficient way for the home cook to bake bread. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll agree! You literally don’t even need to touch the dough, so there’s zero technique required, yet the end result has all the hallmarks of a great loaf. This time I’ve gone with an olive bread, which seems ever so decadent but really is no more difficult than your standard loaf (if you’ve got a thermo cooker, that is!).
