One of my favourite things to bake (besides bread of course) are cookies – they’re sweet, delicious, super quick and almost impossible to stuff up! I love the fact that you don’t have to chill the dough with this recipe, and there’s no need to worry about rolling pins and cutters either – just plonk spoonfuls of the dough straight on the tray. You’ll be surprised at how much the honey flavour really shines in this recipe – they’re something pretty special. And you could have these warm rounds of deliciousness in your hand in just twenty minutes...
