Big call... but I’m making it. I love this dressing! I use it on all my salads, but I’ve also been known to drizzle it over pasta, eggs, sautéed greens, mussels... you name it. I’ve seen one similar sold in delis and I can assure you this one is just as good, without the hefty price tag. The Australian mustard is a key ingredient – it’s similar to Dijon, but milder, making it perfect for adding flavour without overpowering. You can find it in most supermarkets.
