Ingredients
140g Irish whiskey
2 tsp instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
400g soy milk*
4 tablespoons maple syrup
Method

Place all ingredients in TC bowl and blend for 1 minute, speed 9.
Serve immediately over ice or store in the refrigerator in a sealed jar and shake well before serving. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
*if avoiding soy, use almond milk
