We love icy cold sweet treats, and even more so when they are filled with healthy ingredients! Perfect for the warm weather, and perfect for festive entertaining on the lighter side. So quick and easy in your Thermomix or Thermo cooker, but of course you could use a high-powered blender.

Thermomix beet pops
100g beetroot, peeled
4cm knob ginger
350g apple juice
50g maple syrup
- Place all ingredients in TC bowl or high-powered blender, puree for 1 minute, speed 9.
- Divide mixture evenly between 6 silicone ice cream moulds and freeze for a minimum 6 hours.
Remove from moulds and serve, or store in the freezer and pull out whenever a healthy, refreshing icy pole is needed!
Thermomix green goddess smoothie pops
50g baby spinach
1 lemon, peeled and pitted
260g apple juice
30g maple syrup
- Place all ingredients in TC bowl or high-powered blender, puree for 1 minute, speed 9.
- Divide mixture evenly between 6 silicone ice cream moulds and freeze for a minimum 6 hours.
Remove from moulds and serve, or store in the freezer and pull out whenever a healthy, refreshing icy pole is needed!
