Garlic cloves, peeled
Toasted sesame oil
Coconut sugar
Rice wine vinegar
Fish sauce
Lime, juice only
Chinese cabbage (wombok), cut into 8 pieces
Fresh mint, leaves only
Fresh Thai basil, leaves only
Carrots, julienned
Cucumber, julienned
Smoked trout, skin and bones removed, flaked
Lime cheeks
