This condiment is far more versatile than most, so I think I may have sold this recipe short with the name. It’s a dip, yes, but I prefer to think of it as a quick and easy flavour maker. Serve on top of a fresh or roasted salad, alongside any falafel, veggie patty or burger, mix through pasta as a pesto sauce, and, of course, serve with crackers as a dip. My top pick though?
