The ‘cheat’s version’ because we’re skipping making the dough and going straight to filling and shaping, making this a super-simple yet impressive snack, entrée or main meal. When entertaining, I love to make these as a start - er with Sweet Chilli Hot Sauce (p. 162) or Creamy Coriander Dip (p. 49) before a delicious Palak Paneer Curry (p. 67) for the main event.
