Warm, nourishing, hearty and fresh, this has been one of my favourite soups recently. The ingredients are so simple, relying almost entirely on garden produce, but it really comes together beautifully. This is the ultimate autumn recipe with chillies, tomatoes and sweet potato all coming to their end (meaning they are cheap, plentiful and full of flavour), while coriander is just coming into it’s own. The perfect match. Enjoy, and feel nourished!
