This recipe was so much fun to create as I’m sure you can imagine. Each time I played around with the ingredients and flavours the recipe just got better and better. I’m so amazed by the incredible texture and taste, and I know you will be too. This is another great way to use your sourdough starter as it adds health benefits to your sweet baked goods thanks to all that beautiful bacteria, as well as helping to bring out all the delicious chocolate-y flavours (without adding any sour taste). Usually I would add rum or whiskey to brownies as a flavour enhancer, but thanks to your sourdough starter, this isn’t needed.
