This recipe, like my foolproof white sourdough loaf, creates a beautiful soft and fluffy base with the perfect crunchy crust. But unlike my plain white loaf, this bread has the subtle notes of cinnamon and the sweet chewiness of sultanas throughout (no more purchased raisin bread ever again!). Delicious on its own, fresh or toasted, or smother in butter and jam for extra sweetness, and pair with tea or coffee for a satisfying breakfast or afternoon snack.
