I’ve gone with a classic garlic and rosemary combo here, but honestly, the world’s your oyster. Try smoked paprika and cumin, a Mexican spice blend, thyme, sage, oregano, chilli flakes or even garam masala! It all depends on what you’re serving them with. Enjoy!
