These little cuties are such an easy snack on the go, already portioned out for you! I’ve used macadamia oil and spelt flour to keep them wheat and dairy free and, like with most of the recipes in this book, I’m relying on the natural flavour and sweetness to come primarily from the fresh produce. Best enjoyed warm out of the oven with lashings of organic butter.
