This is one of my favourite breakfasts – oats loaded with all the good stuff! This is my ‘breakfast of champions’. Not only will the oats keep you full and satisfied, but the nuts and seeds add a dose of protein and fibre to really seal the deal. Like many of my breakfasts, I’ve stuck to pantry-staple ingredients to keep life simple. However, if you’ve got fresh fruit on hand, by all means add it in at the ‘flavouring’ section

Ingredients
Raw nuts – macadamia, cashew, almond
Flaxseeds
Water
Rolled oats
Salt
Chia seeds
Sweetener, or to taste – Honey, Maple syrup, Agave syrup, Brown sugar
Flavouring – Vanilla bean paste,Ground cinnamon, Sultanas,
Grated apple, Sliced banana or Blueberries
