This little concoction takes a couple of minutes to whip up, yet can really transform a dish from zero to hero. I mean, lemon, cheese, salt and herbs... of course it can. Use a peeler to peel just the yellow rind off your lemon, leaving the white pith behind as that part is bitter. Pop the remaining lemon in the fridge and use the juice another day – this recipe is frugal and full of flavour!
