This recipe first appeared in my cookbook Everyday Thermo Cooking , but it’s become such a staple in my kitchen that I just had to include it here also! Use this anywhere and everywhere you would usually use regular salt. Not only will it enhance all the existing flavours, it adds its own umami seasoning (sans MSG).
