Very much a family affair, followers of our social media will know that it’s my younger sister Ellen who develops many of our vegan recipes, including this one! Her clever swaps make this delicious drink dairy free and a nourishing breakfast or afternoon sweet treat. This is one of my favourites during the winter months – I love the fact that it takes less than 10 minutes to whip up and all the ingredients are pantry staples. And it doesn’t taste healthy!
