My sister Loryn developed this recipe to combat her aioli cravings, and it is such a winner! You’d never know that it didn’t contain the usual egg yolk. This is a really handy recipe to have up your sleeve – between allergies, eating preferences and school rules, there seem to be more and more occasions when eggs are of the menu. I also love that there is no potential wastage of a precious egg white – I avoid splitting eggs wherever I can for this reason.
