There’s no hiding how much I love homemade ice cream, but sometimes at the end of the day even the thought of emulsifying something for a minute in the thermo cooker seems like a real effort. That’s why I love this ice cream – you can scoop it out and serve it straight from the freezer (even if it’s been in there for months!). The sweet and creamy butterscotch flavour is so decadent you’ll only need a small scoop ... maybe.
