Our Thermomix Champagne Breakfast Cooking Class

Who says you need an excuse to entertain? Champagne breakfasts are perfect opportunities to get together with friends and share some foodie favours, and we’ll teach you how easy and delectable it can be with the help of ourThermomix Champagne Breakfast class. Come along to AAHQ and we’ll show you how to make any occasion for celebration a culinary delight in this 2.5-hour class. We’ll teach you a slew of recipes that are perfect for entertaining, from cocktail parties to picnics, birthdays or even Grand Final or Spring Carnival festivities, or simply just Sunday mornings with some of your nearest and dearest. Take the stress out of celebrating with quick-fix food that tastes sensational and looks a treat.

Each attendee will go home with a class-exclusive recipe booklet, which you can fill with your notes throughout the session. Many recipes will be taught with variations, so that they can be adapted to suit your family’s tastes. In this class we will be making (and tasting):

  • Raspberry champagne & lemon sorbet cocktail

  • Bacon & egg pies

  • Mini bap bread rolls

  • Cream cheese pastry

  • Savory tarts

  • Chicken sandwich filling

  • Creamed onions, and

  • Caramel popcorn

As a result of this class, you will develop advanced Thermomix skills, and learn how to:

  • Knead in the Thermomix

  • Steam in the Varoma

  • Make pastry in the Thermomix

  • Shape bread

  • Emulsify sorbets

  • Caramelise in the Thermomix

  • Shred meat in the Thermomix

  • Cook recipes perfect for entertaining/ finger food

  • Make homemade lunchbox snacks

alyce alexandra cooking classes are relaxed and intimate, with 24 people or less. Sit back and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee while tasting all the delicious morsels of food being prepared in front of you. Our presenters are always open for questions, and will be teaching you many of their most useful Thermomix secrets along the way. Some recipes will be from alyce alexandra’s cookbooks, while others will be exclusive recipes to the classes.

Presenting this class is Janene Babauskis, a well-respected and long-standing member of the Thermomix community. Janene was Victoria’s first Thermomix Branch Manager and worked with the company for eight years. She now focuses solely on running independent specialist Thermomix cooking classes with the AA team, where she shares her years of experience and wisdom, helping you to make the most of this amazing machine.
