This peanut butter recipe is super easy and super delicious! All you need is roasted peanuts to create the perfect spread without the nasties and little waste - especially when your peanuts are purchased from a good health food shop that packages in compostable packaging! Win! Optional ingredients can be added for a hint of sweet or saltiness such as sugar (my pick is coconut sugar), as well as a pinch of salt flakes. These can be added in with the peanuts before you begin to blend. If you have unroasted peanuts you can roast them in the oven and then blend, just make sure they are completely cool before using. For the best results use the freshest peanuts you can find. Ellen xo
