Super–thick Yoghurt in the Thermomix

Super–thick Yoghurt in the Thermomix

I love making yoghurt from scratch. It’s so economical that there’s really no reason not to go for the organic milk. I promise it is super easy once you’ve given it a go – you’ll be making it without the recipe soon! While I love the simplicity of my classic yoghurt recipe in Quick Fix in the Thermomix (the book that started it all!), the addition of kuzu in this version gives a luxurious smoothness and thickens it up without the need to drain.
