Slow Cooker Two-Minute ‘Chicken’ Noodles

Slow Cooker Two-Minute ‘Chicken’ Noodles

... that contain no chicken, and definitely take longer than 2 minutes! But you get the idea, right? Curly noodles in a salty, faux-chicken broth with a few token veggies floating around for good measure. Now I’m not professing I think this a meal – it’s more of a hearty snack – but if the kids (or you!) have a penchant for the old instant noodles, then this recipe is sure to satisfy – and all without MSG, palm oil, artificial flavours and maltodextrin! Homemade is always best.
