Yummy, soft, garlicy and delicious, this is such an easy way to take a simple loaf of bread from zero to hero. It’s also great if your loaf isn’t that fresh (eek!), as after twenty minutes in a warm oven with lots of olive oil all is forgiven. Serve it with soup, pasta, salad... anything really!
