Please note this kit does NOT contain a sourdough starter culture, but it does include instructions to make your own (all you need in addition to the kit is flour and water!). Alternatively, purchase a starter or ask a sourdough-baking friend! Either way, this kit is perfect for looking after and storing your starter forevermore.
