Fill your bowl with water, put your Varoma in position, then drop in the Six Egg Poacher. Brush or spray with olive oil, crack your eggs in and steam for approximately 12 minutes, and your poached eggs are ready. No skill required, perfect results every time. How to use:
1. Add 500g room-temperature water to the bowl.
2. Place the lid and Varoma on top of the bowl.
3. Insert the Six Egg Poacher into the Varoma.
4. Grease egg cups with oil or butter.
5. Crack eggs into the cups.
6. Set time, temperature and speed to egg size: S 10 to 11 min, M 11 to 12 min, L 12 to 13 min, XL about 14 min, all at Varoma temperature / speed 1.
7. After poaching, remove the Varoma lid and take out the poacher (see the videos for the easiest way).
Care: dishwasher safe.

How many eggs does it poach, and what settings do I use?
The Six Egg Poacher poaches up to six eggs at once. Use exactly 500g water, then cook at Varoma temperature and speed 1: S 10 to 11 min, M 11 to 12 min, L 12 to 13 min, XL about 14 min.
My eggs aren’t cooking evenly, what should I do?
Start with room-temperature eggs and water and use exactly 500g water, then begin with the time for your egg size and add 1 to 2 minute increments until they are perfect; that becomes your reliable timing as long as the variables stay the same.
Can I combine it with the Four Egg Poacher?
Yes, run the Six Egg Poacher in the Varoma alongside the Four Egg Poacher in the simmering basket to poach up to 10 eggs in one go.
